My experience was very good. Whenever I send email I got respond very quickly and they answer all of my questions. They offer free virtual consultants. I am happy and can’t wait to get my new hair extension.

Nicole was right on schedule for our appointment and was so very helpful aiding me in resolving the issues I was experiencing with the installation of my glam band 2.0. She gave me time to install my band and show her what I understood and provided great feedback. After our phone call I implemented her tips and was able to install my band with no further problems! Yay!
